Unsere Techniker sorgen dafür, dass die Produktionsanlagen für die Baugruppenfertigung – wie SMD-Bestückungsautomaten und Lötanlagen – jederzeit reibungslos funktionieren. Dazu gehört auch die Schulung der Produktionsmitarbeiterinnen und -mitarbeiter und des Bedienpersonals, damit sie ihre Aufgaben mit höchster Präzision ausführen können. So tragen wir gemeinsam dazu bei, dass unsere Produkte weltweit für ihre herausragende Qualität und Langlebigkeit wahrgenommen werden.
Job
- Sorge für den reibungslosen Betrieb der Produktionsanlagen für die Baugruppenfertigung
- Vorbeugende Instandhaltung und nachhaltige Prozess- und Anlagenoptimierung
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse
- Programmierung und Einstellung von Produktionsanlagen
- Schulung von ProduktionsmitarbeiterInnen und Bedienpersonal
- Konstruktion und Erstellung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Lehre im Bereich Mechatronik/Elektrotechnik oder HTL
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Mechatronik/Elektrotechnik
- Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten mit Entscheidungsfreiraum
- Sorgfältige, gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
