Security Interlocks and Welcome Desks
Security Interlocks safeguard the reception area. When no operator is available, there is an Intercom Device to call for assistance. At the Front Desks, special Intercom Control Desks support the workflows in daily operations. Incoming calls are answered and the neccessary actions taken and documented. Visualisation takes place on the large screen of the Intercom Control Desk or on a PC Monitor. The SOC / Control Room always is the fallback level taking over calls and taking appropriate actions.

Public Address
Commend Public Address enables the reliable and targeted communication of messages. This includes both routine announcements in the building, or security instructions in case of an emergency.
